美国复旦校友会成立于上世纪四十年代, 至今已有近六十年的历史。我们致力于通过在大纽约及美国东北地区复旦校友之间的交流来提高校友们在教育、文化和事业方面的发展。校友会有三、四十年代的资 深老校友,也有一大批毕业于八、九十年代甚至21世纪的现在在美国工作学习的新校友。是我们共同的身份-“复旦人”-将大家凝聚在一起。校友会定期举办各 种向公众开放的教育、文化、学术、职业以及联谊活动,以利用各位校友和朋友的资源来促进中美之间的教育和文化交流。
Fudan University Alumni Association USA has sixty years of history since its foundation in 1940’s. We are dedicated to promote the education, cultural and professional advancement of local alumni of FudanUniversity in the Greater New York area and the Northeast of the U.S. through improving the communication among the alumni to enhance their professional and personal growth. Now we have hundreds of registered members including senior alumni graduated in nineteen forties and many more younger alumni graduated in nineteen eighties, nineties or the 21st century, and all of us share the common identity of "Fudan Ren." The association leverages the resources of the alumni and of their friends to improve the educational and cultural exchange between China and the U.S. by regularly holding a variety of activities which are open to the public relating to education, culture, academics, career development and social networking.

Peking University Alumni Association of Greater New York (PKUAAGNY) is a not-for-profit organization registered in the State of New York. A successor of Peking University Alumni Association of Eastern America, PKUAAGNY has a history of over 20 years and is one of the earliest PKU alumni associations established in the United States.
PKUAAGNY is established to promote PekingUniversity in the Great New York area of the United States; to help advance the personal and professional developments of PekingUniversity alumni; to promote exchanges and friendships among PekingUniversity alumni for their well-being and mutual benefit.
PKUAAGNY aims to achieve its goals through developing an inclusive alumni network and organizing seminars, conferences, workshops and other educational activities and networking events for alumni in the Greater New York Are of the United States.

Chinese Business Lawyers Association
CBLA is a non-profit and non-political organization dedicated to promote research and education on China's business law and to facilitate communications between the U.S. and the Chinese legal communities. Our members come from approximately 40 employers, including 9 of the top 10 law firms (based on Vault 2009 prestige ranking), and obtained their U.S. law degrees from 20 law schools, including 14 of the top 15 (based on US News 2008 ranking). Our members also reflect a wide diversity in terms of ethnicity, country of origin, non-legal experience and seniority - their law school class years range over a quarter of a century, from 1982 to 2008.

Established in 1994 in NYC, NYNUAA is a non-profit, non-political and non-partisan organization. It has more than 400 active members, covering NY, NJ, CT, PA. US-China Lawyers Society
U.S. China Law Society (the "Law Society") is dedicated to advancing legal reform and the rule of law in China. It consists of people who share common interests in broad legal and institutional reform issues in China. Its members include lawyers, legal scholars, policy makers and law students, as well as economists, political scientists, journalists and other members of the public who are interested in China's legal and institutional reform issues.
The Law Society furthers its purpose through the following programs. The Academic Program hosts seminars, meetings and other events to study and discuss China's legal and institutional reform issues. The Publishing Program publishes a law journal and series of books on law-related topics. The Teaching Program sponsors teaching sessions at major Chinese law schools. In addition, the Annual Conference Program plans and holds an annual conference of Law Society members.
